Pizza Hut

We waited over a hour, for them to forget my salad. Then he went back to get my salad to bring me the pictures below. The lettuce is old and browning, and the most digusting salad I have ever order. I threw it away. Total waste of money! AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT AT ALL COST

This is the only location that I haven’t had a problem with the quality of the food they aren’t really stingy with the cheese which is one of the things that make pizza a pizza I ordered wings though I ordered medium buffalo wings and they were HOT they had a burning hot option which I’ve never ordered but if the medium are burning hot to me I can only imagine how hot the burning hot actually are I’ve got to try the mild next time cause that was too hot the flavor was great just leave your nose running and breathing fast & heavy lol maybe it’s just me can barely handle the heat anymore

Ordered A pizza and cookie for my son, and when the order came, the cookie was missing and the pizza was cold, hard, and sloppy. I was told by the store to contact door dash and after 30 minutes with door dash the MERCHANT (Pizza Hut) did not provide my complete order. I called back to talk to a manager and was hung up on. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced and hope no one ever has to deal with the same. Their manager was rude and disrespectful and if upper management knew how customers were talked to, he likely wouldn’t be working there.

Ordered food foe my daughter. This is how it arrives 1 1/2 hours later. Cold, old, and gross. I am highly disappointed.

Great store friendly service the manager is super friendly and made the experience worth coming back love that they still have the lunch buffet
